COPA DEL REY
WHAT TO KNOW
UNION FC is hosting the 25th Annual Copa Del Rey tournament for U8-U14 boys and girls during the month of December. The Copa Del Rey or “King’s Cup” is the first tournament in the Sacramento area looking to crown a King of under 8-14 boys and girls soccer. Awards are given to 1st and 2nd place finishers.
The Copa Del Rey is an 7v7, 9v9 and 11v11-a-side US Club Sanctioned Tournament open to any team that wants to enter. To ensure the best competition possible, send us a brief history of the tournaments or jamborees your team has participated in. Our goal is to make the Copa Del Rey one of the top tournaments in the area. This year we will be splitting our tournament into two dates.
U8-U10 Boys & Girls December 5th & 6th
U11-U14 Boys & Girls December 12th & 13th
Application Deadline is November 21st 2026. Please call for availability after the deadline.
All tournament check in is done online. Saturday check in has to be pre-approved by the tournament director.
Games will be played at Mather Sports Complex, Livermore Community Park, Folsom Sports Complex, and other locations.
